The first thing to know about me is that I'm a foodie. Some women like shoes and purses (i like those too), but food is my vice. As a single woman I could go to any restaurant whenever and wherever I wanted, now as a mom, it's not that simple.
My husband and I are very considerate of diners who are not parents. We remember being single and having a screaming child next to us on our date nights, it was not fun. When we take our daughter out to dinner, we want to take her to a place where we don't have to be concerned that we're interrupting another diner's experience. We also don't want to feel as if we have to keep her quiet or stop her from enjoying herself.
I've tried searching for a place that has a list of kid friendly restaurants in Richmond with pictures and more importantly reviews from other parents, but alas, there is nothing like that to be found. So what's a girl to do, I'm starting my own list. Every Friday we'll visit a kid friendly restaurant and post pictures and reviews for all my richmond mommies and daddies. I hope that you'll all participate and post your reviews, pictures and recommendations as well.
